ON ARRIVAL
Doors will open at 10am for the morning ceremony and 2.10pm for the afternoon ceremony, due to limited capacity we can not allow entry until the previous ceremony has ended. Upon arrival, all graduands must check in at the Welcome Desk situated by the ground floor entrance, where you'll receive your welcome pack and brochure.
Following this, collect your cap and gown from The Lab on the lower ground floor. In order to avoid congestion, only graduands should proceed to the gowning area, leaving all guests in the waiting areas located across all three floors.
Once you have your gown on, head up to the First Floor with your friends and family to have your photograph taken.
THE CEREMONY
Prior to the ceremony, you can find your allocated seat by checking the seating plan located on screens around the venue, and in the ceremony you will find corresponding name cards on the seats.

During the ceremony all graduands will be directed on stage, where you'll hand your seating card to the usher, when your name is announced walk across the stage where you'll be congratulated with a handshake and scroll from Principal Andrew Brewerton. We'll remind you of this information on the day and Graduation is always an enjoyable experience, so there’s no need to worry – just remember to have fun!

Your guest's seat numbers will be shown on their tickets and ushers will be available for assistance. Please note that graduands and guests will not be seated together, as graduands are grouped within programme areas.

Following the ceremony, we will ask all graduates to congregate outside the main entrance (under The Messenger statue) for the official Class of 2019 photograph. A complimentary drinks reception will then be available for all graduates and guests, as well as paid bars situated on the ground and second floor.
